Terms of Service

Carry Go Pay provides a platform for initiating cross-border money transfers. The transfer, foreign exchange, and payout of funds are carried out by our licensed payment partners — Flutterwave (collections) and Verto (foreign exchange and payout). Carry Go Pay is not itself a licensed money transmitter and does not hold your funds independently of these partners.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Every account is subject to identity verification (KYC) through Youverify before transfers can be made. We may decline, suspend, or close accounts where verification cannot be completed or where required by law or our partners.

Before you confirm any transfer, we show you the exchange rate and total cost that apply to that transfer. Once confirmed, a transfer is submitted to our payment partners for processing. Delivery times depend on the corridor and the receiving institution.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the beneficiary details you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to use Carry Go Pay for any unlawful purpose.

Transfers are subject to anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and fraud controls operated by us and our partners. We may pause, decline, or report transactions where required by applicable law, and we may be unable to explain the specific reason for a decision where the law prevents us from doing so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carry Go Pay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
