Anti-Money-Laundering Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Carry Go Pay is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime. This summary explains our approach.
1. Identity verification (KYC)
Every customer completes identity verification through Youverify before they can transact. We may request additional information at any time to meet our obligations and those of our payment partners.
2. Screening and monitoring
Transactions and parties are screened against sanctions and watchlists, and monitored for unusual activity, by us and by our licensed partners (Flutterwave and Verto).
3. Reporting
Where required by law, we and our partners report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities. We may be prevented by law from telling you that a report has been made or from explaining a specific decision.
4. Record keeping
We retain identity and transaction records for the periods required by applicable regulation.
5. Declined and blocked transactions
We may decline, hold, or reverse transactions to meet legal and regulatory requirements. In some cases we are not permitted to share the specific reason.
